Rachel Rimmer aka 'hot springs' is a Manchester based producer and studio engineer with an MA in studio recording and production.

She has worked as a mix engineer and collaborator with various artists including; Jesca Hoop - mixing her album The Deconstruction Of Jack's House (released for Record Store Day 2021), composer Carmel Smickersgill - on the music for dance film motherEarth International: Better Late Than Never (broadcast at COP27 in 2022), and William K.Z. - engineering and mixing his collaborative album Percy's Picks Vol I (2023).

 

Rachel is resident engineer at Rooster Studios in Manchester.
